Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Dec 10) that Bank Negara Malaysia, Treasury and Health Ministry will come up with a strict guideline so that medical and health insurance or takaful operators take certain issues into consideration.
