The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has issued 1,672 summonses to commercial vehicles under Ops Khas Gempur Kenderaan Perdagangan between Sept 1 and 17.
The operation, targeting offences such as illegal overtaking, expired licences and insurance, and failure to meet vehicle specifications, will run until Dec 31.
