In an interview at the 2014 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Berkshire Hathaway chairman Warren Buffett, who celebrates his 96th birthday today, said that people have far more potential than they realize.
“You're not condemned to a life that was ordained by what your parents did before you,” Buffett said.
